Here is a very simple act tip that will allow you to quickly make more of doing a lookup in act.

One of the key features of Act CRM is having the ability to look up contacts in your Act database. You might decide that you want to find all of your contacts in a particular state, city and ZIP Code for example. Quite often I find that a simple tip will give you the ability to quickly narrow down a complex lookup into a simple lookup. This video highlights that simple tip.
