Scheduling an Activity in Act CRM via an Outlook Email

Scheduling an Activity in Act CRM Software from an Outlook Email is quite easy.  This is how you do it.

Let me create a scenario for you. You receive an email from someone that you know is already a contact in your act database and that email requires that some kind of activity needs to be scheduled, such as, a meeting or a telephone call. Instead of opening act, searching for and finding the contact so you can schedule that activity, all you have to do is schedule it directly from that email that you just received in Microsoft Outlook.
