  • Here, you can set the priority for calls and choose whether to enable an alarm and how soon before the call you want it to ring.
  • To set a default time for calls, use the “Default Time” option. For instance, you can set all your calls to have a minimum duration of 15 minutes.
  • You can also choose to “Timeless” or “Automatically roll over today,” but Tony Holowitz advises against the latter for certain events.
