When I teach people Microsoft Office I always suggest that they start by learning Microsoft Word. The fundamentals you’ll learn in Microsoft Word will carry over to all the other products you use within Microsoft Office.
The contact list in ACT is something that all ACT users use at some point in time. If you do a simple look-up in ACT it will return the results in ACT’s contact list view. Therefore, I strongly recommend that you start learning Impact Suite by learning Contact List Plus. If you learn this tool and some of the ways it functions you’ll be able to figure out almost everything else on your own.
