Error: “Creating an instance of the COM component with CLSID {000209FF-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} from the IClassFactory failed due to the following error: 80010001 Call was rejected by callee…” when attempting to write a letter in Act!
Symptom:
When attempting to write a letter in Act!, I am receiving the Error:
“Error: “Creating an instance of the COM component with CLSID {000209FF-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} from the IClassFactory failed due to the following error: 80010001 Call was rejected by callee. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80010001 (RPC_E_CALL_REJECTED)).”

You will need to modify a registry key named LoadBehavior. It needs to have its value changed from 3 to 9. It can be found in the following locations:
