How to find missing notes in Act CRM

FYI: Most likely the scroll wheel on your mouse is to blame.  I received a call from the client and she said that all her act notes were missing for one particular contact. A contact that she knew without a doubt that she had kept meticulous notes on conversations, calls , meetings and to-dos in Act CRM’s notes section.  When she described the situation on the phone I knew exactly what happened and I showed her how to quickly fix this issue.  By the way, this can happen in other areas of Swiftpage Act as well.  Here is a quick video on how to fix the issue with missing act notes and more:
