Step 2: Finding and Saving the Contact’s Picture To add a picture to a contact, you must first find an appropriate image. In this example, we’ll search for a picture of Jeff Bezos. Using a web browser such as Microsoft Edge, highlight the contact’s name, right-click, and choose the “Search the web for [Contact’s Name]” option. This displays a sidebar with various images of the contact.

Once you find a suitable image, right-click on it, select “Save image as,” and save it to your desktop or a designated folder with a descriptive name and the year (e.g., Jeff Bezos_2023.jpg).
