I’m a huge fan of using groups in Act CRM software

Groups, if done correctly, can be a highly effective way to help you find certain types of contacts quickly and efficiently.  When you have a large database of contacts it is very important to be able to get to important contacts by using group membership rules.  Also known as dynamic groups.  If it is easy to get to important contacts you will be more likely to take action and correspond with them in some form, maybe a call or email for example.

Use groups in Act CRM to do a better job of following up with your clients and working to secure new clients by selling to prospects.
