On occasion I have observed my clients deleting activities they have created in ACT and that is a mistake.
Clearing Act CRM activities is in my opinion one of the most misunderstood aspects of using ACT is the way you can use it to track things that you’ve completed and haven’t done to your advantage. If you have taken the time to schedule something in ACT and you’ve completed that activity, it is vital that you understand why clearing that activity properly is the better choice.
