Imagine for a moment that a company with many contacts in act moves to a new location. Obviously, you have to update all the contacts that are part of that company in act with the new address, city, state and zip code. Using the company layout in act you can go in and make those changes quickly and efficiently with just a few keystrokes.

Linked fields in act are utilized in acts company layout view.
