The good folks at act have created a number of videos that will help act users get started with the software.
I often make the analogy between learning how to use act software and learning how to drive a car. What I am trying to do as I interpret and review these videos is to take the information up a level by offering my experience in working with act. When you drive a car you can take many routes and some routes than others, making them shorter and more efficient. My goal is to help you use act in the most efficient and productive way possible, as quickly as possible.

Act is a software company and their goal is to sell software. It has always been my feeling that the greatest way I can assist them is to make sure I help educate their customers to the best of my ability. If you are educated and you can use act in a way that helps you be more productive and profitable in a worker sales environment you win. If you are happy customer, act wins.
