If you are using Act version 23 and you are experiencing an issue with your mail merge emails getting hung in the Outlook drafts folder there is a solution.  Act created update that you can install that will fix this problem.

This update resolves the issue created by a Microsoft Windows update which caused mail merge emails sent from Act! v23 Desktop to get stuck in Outlook’s Drafts folder.  Applying Update 5 enables Outlook to send emails as expected.  The v23 Update 5 is available for download here.  For support with this download, please click this link to send in a support ticket.
