One of the best tips I can give you is to you make sure that you use two monitors in your office.
Monitors are inexpensive, approximately $150 for a Dell S2340M 23 inch monitor. Having two monitors sitting side-by-side is one of those things you might not think you need or want, but once you start using it you’ll ask yourself how you managed without it for years. Most act software users live between act and Microsoft Outlook. You can work much more quickly and efficiently if you have act on one screen and Outlook on the other. My opinion based on years using two monitors.
Take a chance and setup a second monitor. You’ll be glad you did.
