Act CRM Software: Lookup Menu

In this quick tip we are going to review the Lookup menu. I will give you a brief explanation and breakdown of the items on the Lookup menu so you can understand how you can use this drop-down menu to your advantage while using Act software.  Some of the items I will review here are shortcuts to other areas of Act.  Please notice the keyboard shortcuts as well.
