Reviewing the Act CRM History List Feature

Act CRM feature called the history list.

The new history list allows you to quickly see everything that’s happened in ACT.  In addition, you can take action by looking up contacts in that list as well.  The history list is an option on the left toolbar in Act, both desktop and web-based versions.  you can filter the dates, the types of histories, for example activities email correspondence, opportunities and system changes.  You can also decide which user to look at if you have multiple users within Act CRM.  You can also drill down these options.  The history list is often overlooked and is a great way to get a quick look at what has been happening within your Act database.
