Leveraging ACT Add-ins In Outlook, navigate to the “Add-ins” tab located in the top menu bar. As we previously mentioned, this tab might have slight variations depending on your specific ACT setup (e.g., ACT Premium for Web or the desktop version).

Scheduling an Activity with a Contact in ACT Click on the brown icon labeled “Schedule Activity” within the ACT Add-ins section. This action will open the ACT “Schedule Activity” dialogue box, automatically populating the relevant fields with information from the email.

Setting Activity Details In the “Schedule Activity” box, you’ll find the “Regarding” field already filled with the subject of the email. Now, specify the date, start time, and duration of the activity you wish to schedule with the contact.
